All refurbished products, excluding those sold as “second-hand,” come with a 30-day money-back guarantee & 12-month carry-in warranty – unless otherwise stated.

Products sold as “second-hand” are only eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it within 7 days. No further warranty is provided for second-hand products. By purchasing a second-hand product, you agree to the terms of purchasing the product “as is.”

Faulty equipment will be repaired or swapped out for the same product (if under warranty/guarantee). Should we not be able to repair the unit or swap it for the same model we will suggest an alternative unit or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping/courier costs). Should the warranty seal be tampered with or broken your warranty will be void. Damages caused by power surges & spikes are not covered by your warranty. Laptop batteries are not covered under warranty.

Quality and Grading

Our products are quality approved and professionally refurbished. In contrast to second-hand equipment, all refurbished products are stress-tested and benchmarked against certain standards to ensure proper component function and longevity.

All refurbished computers are given a fresh operating system installation as well as numerous value added free programs.

All of our equipment are graded according to its cosmetic condition:

Our Grade A refurbished products are in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear.

Our Grade B refurbished products are in good condition with noticeable signs of wear such as scratches, minor scuffs, or hairline cracks on the exterior.

Our Grade C refurbished products are in fair condition with moderate signs of wear such as visible scratches and/or hairline cracks. This includes minor scratches & dead pixels on LCD’s.

Our grading criteria is based solely on cosmetic condition. Products classified with lower grades will have more notable cosmetic blemishes, however, all grades are tested and cleaned to have the same functionality and performance as well as the same warranty

Delivery Information

We offer door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

Delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is subject to your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.

For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. For areas outside the major cities, it may take between 4-7 working days. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner.

Deliveries are made during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, if you reside in Cape Town, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout for free. Orders are ready for collection within 1-2 business days at our Cape Town warehouse: Unit 5 Brackengate Business Park, 6 Paris Road, Brackenfell, Cape Town.
